US employees can donate through payroll. Log onto Benevity to set up a gift via payroll deduction one time or recurring here.

There is a cost to process your donation from the credit card company and donation platform. Historically, we have paid these fees but we wanted to give you the option to cover the cost of payment processing if you'd like your dollars to RTF to go extra far.
Or, don't cover them and that's okay too!

Effective December 1, all employee donations to RTF will be automatically matched by support from the company. Matching requests no longer need to be made in the Giving Back Portal, and gifts to RTF no longer count against your annual $2,000 matching budget. No action is needed from you as we make this change. This means that employee contributions to RTF will have an even greater impact, with every single dollar being matched before going directly to help our colleagues.

Our recurring donors, now know as The RTF Giving Circle, make an ongoing commitment to provide mutual aid in the LS&Co. community and support their colleagues facing financial hardship. Entrants must be current LS&Co. employees and donate to the Red Tab Foundation online between 1/15-2/14. Entries are automatic with donation and winners will be chosen and notified via email by 3/1.
