AT THE
HEART
OF IT ALL
2026 IMPACT REPORT
To the people who make RTF possible,
Ask a LS&Co. employee what makes this place different, and chances are they won’t start with the jeans. You will hear about the store manager who knew exactly where to turn when a teammate was in crisis. About the single parent who kept the lights on through an unanticipated medical leave, about the career sewing machinist who got a call thirty years after her last shift, not about work, but simply to make sure they were doing okay. The Red Tab Foundation (RTF) is the engine behind a lot of those stories. We are the way generosity gets from one corner of the LS&Co. family to another, from someone with a desire to give back, to a coworker facing a challenge they never saw coming. For 45 years, RTF has been at the heart of it all.
In FY26, your generosity put $2.3M to work across the LS&Co. community. For the second year in a row, RTF sustained a strong level of support, demonstrating the sustainable strength of a safety net our community can count on when they need it most. That reach extended from our distribution center in Henderson to retail floors in Bangkok, from headquarters in San Francisco to our manufacturing facility outside of Cape Town. We provided assistance in 32 countries, the most in our history, and supported more grantees across Europe, Asia, and Latin America than ever before. Wherever LS&Co. employees work, RTF is there for them.
The report ahead is full of their stories. They are the heart of this work. Thank you for being the reason we get to tell them.
With gratitude,
Jenny, John & Pete

RTF is a public, nonprofit foundation that assists LS&Co. employees, retirees and their families facing unexpected financial hardships. RTF provides financial assistance, education, and preventative programs to help these individuals in their efforts to maintain their financial, physical and emotional health.
OUR MISSION
Grantee story:
The Wheelchair That Opened Her World
Thabile is a sewing machinist who spends each day making our jeans. One of his three children, two-year-old Thaema, was born with Cerebral Palsy, which makes it difficult to hold up her head and move around freely. Simple moments others might take for granted are different in Thabile’s family. When Thaema’s doctors recommended that she have a specialized wheelchair, the cost felt astronomical, but he knew he had to find a way. “Thanks to RTF, we've been able to receive a wheelchair, and it has opened up a world of possibilities for her. This will not only improve her daily life but also give her the freedom to play and interact with the world around her,” Thabile shared with us. South Africa is the second-largest market that RTF supports. Last year we provided 954 grants across the country, helping retail and manufacturing employees facing urgent financial hardships.

GRANTEE STORY:
OFFERING HELP ON EMELY’S DARKEST DAY
Emely, a newly promoted assistant store manager at Times Square in New York City, was put in a tough position when her mother was diagnosed with polymyalgia, a severe form of arthritis that stiffened her bones and dramatically reduced her mobility. Emely moved in with her mother and, almost overnight, found herself balancing a demanding new role with the responsibilities of being a full-time caregiver.
Then, she learned that they were $10,000 behind on rent. Emely didn’t know how to fix something that big, but what she did know was that her family couldn’t lose their home. She reached out to RTF and with the support of her case manager, Emely negotiated with her landlord to reduce the amount owe and paid off the remaining balance. Finally, Emely could focus on her mother’s care and showing up fully in her new role at work. Last year, housing accounted for 21% of our annual grant giving, helping employees like Emely gain stability when they need it most.
OUR GRANTEES
THE PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF IT
Closer Than You Think to Lifesaving Assistance
Whether it’s a grandmother in Kentucky racing to prevent a toddler from foster care, or a manufacturing employee in South Africa transforming her home into a medical facility, the challenges our colleagues face are deeply personal - but the relief and gratitude feel remarkably universal.
Barbara D, Retiree, USA
-
Barbara Donaldson hemmed Levi's ® jeans in Valdosta, Georgia for 24 years. She's 83 now, living on a fixed income, and the math of retirement is unforgiving. Over the years there has been a walker she couldn't afford. Eyeglasses needed as her vision started to fail. Groceries when the month ran longer than the budget. Each expense may seem small, but together represent something much bigger. "If RTF didn't help me from time to time, I'd be in debt, and I'm too old for that," Barbara shared.
This year, RTF hosted a Levi's ® Past & Present Reunion in Valdosta, bringing together a community that once centered around a large manufacturing plant and remains home to many RTF clients. Today, RTF continues to support retirees like Barabara, providing nearly $1M in assistance to help former employees maintain their independence.
Kanokwan N, Employee, Thailand
-
Kanokwan Noomak a stylist in Thailand never imagined how fast life could change. When the floodwaters came, they took the things she relied on most, her home, and the motorcycle that got her to the store every day. For several days, she was trapped as the floodwaters rose. The water didn't care that rent was still due, that work was still waiting, that piece by piece a life would have to be rebuilt. During this overwhelming time, RTF stepped in to help her repair the damage to her home and start to recover. Moments like this remind us that when one of us in this community is struggling, we show up together. RTF helped employees through 98 disasters in every corner of the globe last year.
Kadir Y, Office Assistant, Istanbul, Turkey
-
When Kadir's landlord suddenly and steeply raised the rent on the Istanbul flat he had been in for years, the past due bills began to pile high. With an income already stretched thin by the high cost of insulin to treat his diabetes, Kadir had little room for additional expenses. RTF stepped in with more than financial assistance. Our Case Manager for Europe, Teddy, helped Kadir find a smaller place to live that fit his budget, walked him through the move, and offered a grant that helped cover the costs that stood between him and a new front door. "You made me feel that I wasn't alone," Kadir said. Turkey is a location where our grant giving grew 2x this year as awareness of RTF has spread. Across Europe, we provided support to more retail employees than at any point in our history, proving that no matter where our employees sit in the world, RTF stands ready to help.
OUR GRANTS GIVEN
MEETING DISASTER
WITH MORE THAN A CHECKWhen a disaster strikes, a grant helps. Now there's help for what that comes next, too. This year, Red Tab Foundation (RTF) launched a new partnership with BrightHarbor, a disaster recovery platform that brings the whole of recovery into one place. LS&Co. employees affected by a disaster can have access to help with financial navigation, resilient rebuilding, trusted vendors, and more. It covers every stage, from the first week through the rebuild.
RED TAB SAVERS
EMPLOYEES BUILDING SAVINGS
This year, we relaunched Red Tab Savers in the United States and Canada to a warm welcome. A total of 639 Employees in retail and distribution signed up to start something most had never tried before: putting money aside.
Julia Tiscareno, a Store Manager at Beyond Yoga ®, was one of them. "Red Tab Savers was a cool concept I had never heard of, let alone a company-led program," she said. The habit clicked fast. "I like that I don't have to think about it. It just takes the money out of my account automatically and I save." With RTF matching dollar for dollar up to $40 a month, every deposit grew the moment it landed helping build a financial cushion much faster than they could on their own. “Once the match is done, I will probably keep saving. It’s important to have money set aside for if you need it.”

Super Bowl LX: From Game Day to Giving Back
-
RTF sits at the heart of our LS&Co. community, but it also shows up in the moments that connect us to something bigger. Our Super Bowl LX Sweepstakes, one of several center of culture moments throughout the year, raised $27K for RTF, enough to fund roughly 32 grants for employees navigating serious financial challenges. “It truly felt so special to be contributing to RTF and supporting my fellow employees simply by participating in the sweepstakes. I felt really proud to represent Levi's and RTF based on the sincere care they provide our employees, both in good times and hard times,” said winner Brittany Boomhower, from the Commercial FP&A team.
Building a Field, Not Just a Fund
-
LS&Co. has a long history of sharing resources with our peers, open sourcing work we believe can benefit others. Last fall, RTF teamed up with the EpicPromise Foundation to host the 2025 Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) Summit, continuing our commitment to strengthen employee support both within and beyond our organization. The EAF Summit brought together 61 leaders from 41 companies with the likes of Home Depot, HCA Healthcare, Chick-fil-a, and Walmart amongst others. By convening leaders across industries, RTF is leading the charge to build a stronger network of employee assistance programs that can serve more workers more effectively all around the world.

In addition to cash contributions, LS&Co. provides $1M+ in in-kind support for our operations. That means every dollar donated from our community goes directly to help an employee or retiree in need.
Individual donors stepped in to help their peers
375 recurring donors. This is the best and easiest way for LS&Co. employees to give back!
Employee donations are now matched automatically. Starting last year, gifts to RTF no longer count against each employee’s $2,000 matched gift cap.
