The Red Tab Foundation is opening a temporary grant program to support LS&Co. employees and retirees who are impacted by the loss of government benefits.

What you need to know:  

• Financial Hardship: If the temporary defunding of a regular government benefit creates food insecurity and financial hardship, that person may qualify for a grant. 

• Direct Application: Due to the temporary nature of this program, we are streamlining the application form. Employees and retirees just need to upload proof of their monthly benefit that displays a date and their name or that of their household member.

• Confidentiality: Applications are confidential and no personal information about applicants and their situations will be shared with managers or HR (unless permission is granted). 

• Qualifications: All U.S.-based LS&Co. employees may qualify from their first day of employment with LS&Co. and will receive a follow-up regarding their completed application within 2-4 business days.
