LS&Co. employees and retirees in the United States / Canada can request assistance in one of two ways:

2) Call 800-544-5498 (toll free). Representatives fluent in English and Spanish are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

LS&Co. employees outside the United States / Canada can send an email to redtabfoundation@levi.com or contact their LS&Co. human resources manager or supervisor.
